I paid $140 and completed their requested infomation for a name change. They refunded my money after a over a week, saying that the procedure in my county was too complicated. When I asked if they could explain what the "complicated" parts are so I would have a "heads up", they just said I needed to call the county circuit court. Turns out it's not complicated, in my opinion. Very disappointing and a waste of time, but I will probably save money doing it myself. read full review »
