I was boarded to depart at 5:10 pm on Flight 12 last week on 5/11. We did not depart until around 6:20 and sat on the runway without update from any of the flight personnel. they remained in the seats and the captain made no announcement until the last 5 minutes that we were told we were 2nd in line. read full review »
