My son joined on a month-to-month basis and used Bally's for 2 months, from May 16-June 18, 2009, and Bally's continued to bill his credit card for another 12 months. When i called, they graciously agreed to stop future billing but refuse to refund the excess billing. Sure he may not have called, but since they verified his period of use and the fact that he is was an international student (i.e. non US citizen), their refusal to refund is unreasonable. He is certain that the close-out process was not pointed out to him, especially when he told them he was only there for less than 2 months. What a rip off!!! read full review »
