I ordered two $500.00 Visa gift cards from giftcardmall.com. They sent me an email saying they canceled my purchase the next day, they didn't even bother to call me to deal with the issue. I called customer service and they were very rude. The first agent had a really thick accent and would snap at me for asking her to repeat what she said. They changed their story over 4 times on why they refused my order and told me I had to wait 3-5 days for the money to return to my bank account.
