We have been trying for 8 months to refinance with Wells Fargo and theyREFUSE to help us. So we went to another financial institution and agian Wells Fargo REFUSED to subordate our 2nd mortagage for us to re-finance. Wells Fargo is looking into a modification rate for us and they came back to us with amount that is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. It's apparent to us that Wells Fargo has no interest in customer service.
