Like by starting to say "THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN..." It started with a simple phone call to a technical support, the young gentlemen named Alec was very helpful. After a short 5 minute conversation he miraculously got my microphone to start picking up audio. After a few days a using I realized this is not the type of microphone I needed.
