I paid $960.00 for a rifle advertised as new. It arrived in an undamaged hardcase with a large scratch on it. They requested that I ship it back, and after some arm twisting, they agreed to send a call tag. After three calls from me, they finally have it picked up, and inform me that they don't have another rifle in stock, but "I can get you one".
