I ordered a sofa in May, and now it is finally ready for delivery. I called several times before I could speak with a human being. I told them that someone was available monday thru friday, 10:30am onwards, all day. However, they REFUSED to consider giving me a window after 10:30am (even Fresh Direct gives you some leeway!)
