On June28 I accidently sent $1, 736.00 to the gas compay via Bill Pay instead of $17.36. The gas company recongized it as an error and immediantly sent it back. BOA sent it again. The gas company sent it back again. The bank charged me 5, yes 5 NSF charges of $35.00 each and a $10. returned fee. Totaling $175.00 in fees. I was declined my request for waiver of partial charges without an explaination or notification of denial and had to spend over 20 minutes on the phone just to find out the outcome. read full review »
