I tried to have my mixer repaired by Jean from ambient equipment repair. I was originally quoted $200 and 3 days to fix it. It has now been over 30 days and he showed up with over bill for over $1000 for un-authorized and unneeded repairs. I was not willing to pay his over inflated bill and tried to work with him with what i felt to be a more reasonable amount. so he then proceed to say "F### it" i am outta here and STOLE my mixer and then hit me with his van on the way out. He now has criminal and civil charges to deal with. read full review »
