I will never go to Little Dealer RV in Deer Valley again, and after explaining this experience I had with their Service MANAGER at this location (apparently within the company it is not a surprise that he is a rude and difficult person). This causes me to wonder about the entire management of the company. And, he was not only rude, he was unable to accurately test a deep cycle battery – this is the manager of the service department.
