I was at FYE in the steamtown mall when I was offered a free backstage pass card. A month later I was billed $11.99. I was told after the fact that it's only free for a month. This is scam, offering a free program and then charging you after a month. Don't have your employees offer something free if there is a hidden fee. Disclose everything and then see what happens. read full review »
