I bought several "MR. AFRICA, MR. MIDDLE EAST" phone cards to call Ethiopia. The automated voice tells me I have 4o minutes but after 21 minutes, the phone gets disconnected. I thought it was just a simple error and used the other cards I had. Same issue. One of their cards only gave me 17 minutes while promising 40 minutes. I called the custumer representative about this issue and they ended hanging up on me. When I called back, they hung on me again. i called back to speak to a manager and they continued to hang up on my calls. What kind of custumer service is that?!
