I was charged about $77 for cigarettes, I made my order on 6/22 I was sent an email telling me there was a high volume of orders and they were backed up. Then if I didn't hear anything by 7/2 to contact them again for a refund, 7/5 I contacted them again, and they told me they were under investigation and all their assets were frozen. I need my money back, this stuff isn't suppose to happen to customers. You don't just say, well too bad, you'll have to wait.
