This happened loast month taking money from my account and I did one of these since they don't answer their phone or tell you your waiting time is twenty minutes and more. Never heard of this but now they have taken money again out of my account and being disabled and living on a fixed income with no family help I can't afford this and sometimes it hits and over draws me and the bank charges me a fee and so does the check they return.
