I have had two windows break in nine years where the glass meets the side of the house. I complained to the main company. They replied that they do not pay for broken glass. I believe the glass breaks from thermal expansion in early spring/summer. I also believe they have built a defective product since they sell enclosures specifically intendede for these conditions.
