I, like many others have fallen victim to misleading advertising from Kronos. After the 30 day trial period, my account was charged an additional $108 and after calling the number on the credit card bill, I was offered a partial refund of about $50. I canceled my membership over the phone, but resorted to emailing their customer service at [email protected] and demanding a full refund ($108).
