I purchased 2 couches and a recliner from Raymore and Flannigan 3/2009. When looking I was approached by a sales person who stated that they had "the best warrenty around" He proceeded to tell me that they fix or replace furniture "no questions asked" He then told me a story of how a guy he sold a couch to just had it replaced because his dog ate the arm.
