This is an update on my previous entry. I finally received my gloves yesterday afternoon (2/19/09) And I was told I would also be reimbursed for this item. I have read some recent entries of complaints on this company. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was surprised that I was the only complaint filed on the company?? There are so many complaints on this site about this company. Why aren't more people complaining to the BBB? The company did apologize, got my gloves to me and are supposed to reimburse for my trouble. read full review »

My credit card was charged right away for this order. It has been 4 weeks since placing myorder and I have never received the product. Finally got in touch with customer service (after being given a completely different number) and was given the run around about my order. Was told gloves were back ordered and now were in their ware house but it would take 3 to 4 weeks more to receive my gloves. I asked to cancel my order and reimbursed on my credit card for the charge of the gloves and was told I could not do that at this point because the... read full review »
