on May 9, 2010 I went into babies r us and tried to exchange a car seat that was giving to me as a gift but it wasn't what I wanted. They wouldn't help me because it was an online purchase and told me to call the 1800 number. All I wanted was to change it for a diffrent one but they would'nt let me so I called the 1800 number and they said they would send me a gift card in the mail but I would have to send them the old one first.
