This company was in constant contact with me PRIOR to the move and unavailable after my damaged items arrived. I contracted with them for a move from Atlanta to Las Vegas in January 2010. ALL my high ticket household items were damaged: refrigerator door arrived with numerous dents and pieces missing, washing machine knobs broken, furniture gouged, and one my prized art pieces was smashed to bits.
