I joined DirecTV on November of 2009. I was given a offer of lock your price until 2011. When i called (After 3 months) to cancel the freebies, they told me that the price is valid until november of 2010 not until 2011 as promised. I talked to the supervisor and was told that they can make it until december of 2010 and technically that would make it 2011.
