I bought the IOMEGA SCREENPLAY PLUS USB 2.0/AV/HDMI, 1TB MULTIMEDIA DRIVE. When I connected it it did not have a 1TB disk space as advertised on all Iomega pages and all the retailer pages. The disk space was merely 930 GB. When I addressed this to Iomega support they kept sending me the same link on their site trying to "explain" how to read the disk space.
