My son ran up his Verizon bill and since he was on my plan, even though he had a separte bill and eventually his own line of service, ER Solutions has come after me. They are absolutely stupid. They claim to have all taken training. I wonder what the class was titled, Stupidity 101 or perhaps How to Lose Friends and Make Enemies? We have requested that they send us a copy of an invoice showing the account information and the amount owing. They won't do that but instead accuse us of trying to make excuses to not pay the bill.
