Company advertises free trial. Trial period start at the time you placed the order online. Product does not arrive until after the 10 day trial period is over and they have billed you for the product. When you try to reach them they give you the runaround saying that they are following the terms of the contract. There is no address, except the address that fulfills the order and there are about 5 women who answer the phone for customer care.
