I have been a member of this for 4 months without even realizing it. I remember the first email I got from them with instructions on how to get free shipping and promptly sent them a return email saying that I didn't want the membership and had not signed up for it, please do not charge my card. I didn't think about it after that. I noticed the last charge of $11.97 to my card and called the 18008695597. I asked for a refund for the 3 months I was charged they refunded 1 month.
