I decided to make my principle and interest payments only per my contract that was bought by Litton Loan Servicing and pay my taxes and insurance directly. A Litton agent stated to me that was agreeable and that is what I began to do. For four months, Litton has been calling and now says that I am in default and it is more convenient for them to pay the insurance and taxes. They are charging late fees on the escrow and reporting me late on my credit report that has now ruined my credit. A scam company that should not be in business. read full review »
