Ordered the sample of fiberweigh, and then cancelled in the allotted time, but the company sent another two bottles. I sent those two bottles back, requesting a refund and all I got was the runaround...person I spoke too said I would receive the refund, but it never came, and called back and they said the computers were down and would receive it as soon as they were up and running, refund still didnt come, called back and was hung up on.
