Having ordered online from Sirex online store 21-3-05 I noticed the payment was taken 22-3-05 So I waited for my order to arrive but now 3 weeks later and after several emails (unanswered) I am getting quite concerened so I have tried to telephone numerous times to their sales line without success, I only get a fax machine answering. I would urge anybody thinking of ordering from them to Telephone their order and not to place it online. If they cannot get an answer with the phone them, do not place an order.
