My stepdaughter has been divorced for over a year. She and her ex husband have three children together. Upon her divorce the father was issued a child support order. He has yet to make one payment on this order and flat out refuses to do so. He has been in jail twice since the divorce. This would have been the perfect time for the stae of Florida to file charges against him but they refused to do so. They said it is not their parctice to do so.
