I was dupped into going with this bogus company to sell my time share. I gave them $499 and told I would receive all of my money back if my timeshare was not sold within one year. Tom Newkirk was the salesman. He is a very slick talker. Within the first year, I had to call him bacause he never called me to give me an update on my timeshare. He always told me that he has several people interested, but could not close. Each time he said he was close to closing and would keep me posted, but he never did.
