We purchased a brand new 2010 Rogue on May 19, 2010. Recently noticed the muffler looking like it was rusted. Took the vehicle in for it to be looked at, was told by the service dept and by the manager that nothing could be done. It was not defective in anyway but only discolored and therefore was not considered a problem. WELL, this is a brand new vehicle and in my opinion with a price tag of near $26, 0000.00 that the muffler should not look old, trashy and used ! the muffler is not hid under the vehicle and can be seen from the rear.
