We paid our account off on 8/24/07 for our Gateway Computer. We were never late and held up to our bargain. In return we were suppose to receive a TV and Printer Bundle. I have called over 20 times and they promise that the items are on their way. As of 1/12/09, we have not receive anything. BlueHippo will not even respond to our emails. Just empty promises. I feel that we held up to our bargain and they received their money in full. Why can't we get out supposedly free items? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! read full review »
