I called to inquire about a room reservation over Memorial Day weekend. I was told I could be put on a cancellation list and asked for my credit card number, which I reluctantly gave them. The very next day I booked another hotel and called to be removed from the cancellation list. They said fine. Three weeks later I get billed on my credit card for a $200.00 room. I promptly called and they proceeded to tell me that I did reserve a room, which I never did.
