I was paying for worryfree service for 5 years, my AC has been failing couple times a year each year, for the same reason "burned wire". So it broke again, I called for an appointment, and they tell me I have to wait 4 days to have them come in, WTF, its 100F outside, and I have a small baby, so I paid money for a private repair. But wait, when the guy showed me what they did it made me angree, they kept putting new wire year after year on a badly damaged/burned relay.
