I opened up an AT&T cell phone account in Jan 2010 with a so called broker. He calls his company Captain Ron & Associates. He used my social security number to open this account. Twice in a 4 month period my phone was shut off. He always told me that he would take care of it. In May of 2010 I decided to drop AT&T and go back to my original provider.
