I have been paying my required payment monthly on line. These payments are not posted in a timely fashion and I am regularly being charged a $39 fee. Then they want me to pay another payment 'to bring it up to date' and charge me $10 for making a phone payment. They claim that I make mistakes in the account number and/or the routing information. I have given them that information more than once. I have just writte3n them another letter in this matter. I have also sent them a copy of the complaint report that I have sent to the Florida Attorney General's office. read full review »
