Every single time I have had to interact with the nurse, she has been very sarcastic and rude and vindictive with me. Anything provokes her and she goes into verbal attack mode. Yesterday, I attended the meeting to update the service plan for my dad. In the presence of the coordinator, she continued to be very agitated, angry and sarcastic about simple concerns about planning for my father.
