I made an online reservation last night through 1Click Pet Hotels, thinking I would be unable to find care for my pet while traveling - then learned this morning that I would not need to bring my pet after all. I called 1Click Pet Hotels to cancel. Incredibly, I was told that there is a "100 percent cancellation fee." I was shocked and asked the representative to repeat that. He said, "The reservation is uncancellable and non-refundable." !!! Next time, I will call hotels directly to inquire if they accept pets, rather than be scammed by an online hotel directory and reservation service. I recommend you do the same. read full review »
