Despite DPD claiming 'DPD's parcel delivery service is exceptionally efficient...' I was left waiting for a delivery all day to discover that at 10 am that morning that they were unbale to locate my premises, despite having my post code & my mobile tel number. I e-mailed a complaint in the evening & receieved an answer over 20 hours later despite thier claim to contact you within 2 hours offering me no solution to my problem...Having not initially receieved a reply to my first mail I sent a 2nd that was replied to over... read full review »
