Bank of America did not protect me and my account. Unfortunately I was a victim of fraud and fell for the online Receptionist scam. I did a few tasks as required, and even looked up and contacted the bank that the cashiers check was from. They told me that they could not verify funds but that it was a guarantee the check had funds if it was from their bank and in cashier check form. Now I have been with Bank of America since i was 16.
