RTACabinetStore.com has their white bathroom vanities listed as "solid wood frame". My vanity arrived broken exposing it as particle board, which is not what I had ordered. I requested a refund which I was told by customer service rep, Jonelle, I would be recieving. However, Gary Nealon, the manager has denied my refund request and is requesting my pay to ship back the item at my cost. I should not have to pay to ship back something I did not order. I did not order the particle board vanity I recieved, I ordered a "solid wood" vanity. I request a full refund and RTA to pay for the item to be shipped back if they want it. read full review »
