I paid the owner of the company for a new liner for my pool as well as a new pump and filter and installation of the items. Several weeks after it was installed I noticed the pump was not working properly. I called the owner and left messages everyday for 3 days on the owners phone and he did not return my calls. I then had to hire another company to check the pump and advise me what was wrong with it because it is not sanitary to leave water in the pool without a working pump or filter.
