I continually received pop-up boxes stating that my Trend Micro Internet Security Pro had expried and I needed to renew as soon as possible. I went ahead and renewed my subscription. I was unable to upload the program and then received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. I did some checking with the company that I purchased from and was told that my subscription is NOT up and will not be until November 2011.
