I am an airtel prepaid service user. My number is 9163772663. I get the same message more dan 50 times in a day. Due to this reason most of my time is wasted in deleting messges. Moreover some of the messages that are sent to me never reach. I complained 3 times before. They registered my complaint but nothing happened. This time they are saying that i never complained and that its a handset's problem. Whereas i have changed 3 phones meanwhile but the problem has been persistent.
