I am reiterating many of the prior complaints, but I wanted to share my experience. I had a representative from Empire Carpet in Minnesota come to my home, as we needed new carpeting in our living room, family room, hall and steps. First, the quality of the materials were questionable and when I asked if there were any other samples that were nicer, I was told that they could show me more samples, but the ones he was showing me were the only ones that could be installed the next day.
