Hiring practices are reverse biased. They operate in gangs along the streets. They ride public transportation and keep sleep all day or else give riders the evil eye. Feedback on quality of customer service in application process: 1) Admissions staff "lost" materials submitted--it was bad enough to discover that one of my transcripts had two page ones; but at the receiving end materials were also displaced over time. a) Is it any surprise since the staff have at least two AAs and the catalog features a AA woman flying solo over her desk. 2) Staff is inbred--that much is obvious just from the website--they are full of self promotion from within because this is a name school. This PH program is run by a bunch of complacent quacks. One guy, whom I mistook for a doctor, refused to correct me. Later, I realized he was just a nurse. The staff were somewhat impatient. Considering my relative will be forking out thousands of dollars to attend this clinic, they could be more patient and more kindly. This person lies. She says her computer is broken, or her electricity is out. It ain't! It is so she can carry on with her own pet project, probably a new book that will garner her new recognition. (Her office is decked out with trophies). Meanwhile we are stuck with this critical project doing all the work. When she shows up at all, it is to act like Morning Glory.
