NEVER SHOP AT SEARS!!! I certainly will never buy anything there again! Sears has no customer service!! I purchased a new washer/ dryer set. (Mind you, they had to price match the items I chose because they were $200 more expensive than Lowe's!!!) They sent me a defective machine so had to take the machine back. I called to reschedule the delivery appointment and called everyday until my appointment to see when they would come.
