This complaint is very very true and accurate. The comment proceeding the complaint however is not. I had a similar experience with Dossett Dental in Hurst. I found them on the insurance preferred listing and made a same day appointment as I had a very badly infected tooth in need of a root canal. When the dentist first came in I thought she seemed rather young (come to find out now she is young and only graduated dental school in late 2007.)
