Hi All, IBSN is a fraud company, they have given a wrong tax refund quote and when I ask many clarifications they have revised and come to minimim level of returns! When I compare to other online companis for tax filing this company charged me more $190. So I asked them to cancel the tax filing and reverse my payment! They immeditately canceled my application and till now not reversed the payment. I am following up with them from March 2010 to till date. I have spoken to many people and sent email to the management team as well and till now no reversal of payment! So PLEASE DO NOT FILE US TAX FROM THIS COMPANY! read full review »
